Returns & Refunds Policy – Léonie Paris

We aim for a safe, transparent experience. This policy sets your rights and our terms for returns, withdrawal, and refunds.

1) Right of withdrawal (EU)

  You may withdraw within 30 days from the day you receive the item.

2) Return conditions

  Items must be unused, in saleable condition, with all tags and original packaging.
  
• 
  Returns sent after 30 days are not accepted.
  
• 
  Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for wrong, defective, or damaged items.

4) Refunds

• 
  Once your return is received and approved, we refund within 14 days.
  
• 
  Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  
• 
  If you paid by invoice or split-pay provider, the balance is adjusted accordingly.
  

5) Exchanges and faulty items

• 
  If you received the wrong product, a defective item, or wrong size, we will replace it at no cost.
  
• 
  Manufacturing defects: choose replacement or full refund.
  

6) How to return

2. 
   We’ll send a return form and instructions.
   
3. 
   Place the form in the parcel and ship to the return address.
